i was a membership at your club in dubai (ibn battuta) ; i left dubai since april 2007 and i paid my monthly du ; i notice that you are still collecting on my visa credit card monthly since that ; i would like to have a reimbursment for all the extra charge as soon as possible and i am waiting for your reply to clarify this situation

It was written on newspaper that a member of fitness centre was murdered, i am Mauritian, and the family of this person need to be informed, even if u dont want to talk to the press, the family of the victim has the right to know, so please try to contact me, im not a reporter, i wld like to know who was this member of the centre, i dont want to know what happened, but only a name, it’s maybe a friend of mine? What is the police’s investigation

i hope this comment will be taken into consideration. or it will be ignored like my other emails to the management. it’s been one month since i asked for the refund of my money that you charged on my credit card for month June however i asked to freeze my membership. Please this kind of service will affect your business especially that all my friends that are members had changed their credit cards numbers and they will not continue with the club. It’s because of the manager of Musala branch ( Simon ) who was so rude and he didn’t care for my request. please reply.
